Check out Refractions, one of my Wavetable synth racks, this one is a pad style sound but has a huge variety of sounds a timbres, available for you to tweak.
I’ve built the Refractions to create usable sounds that can be changed in interesting ways, or randomised using the Macro feature. It has integrated effects from the new Ableton Live 12 effects such as Roar, to give texture and depth to the pads sounds. Alternatively, look under the hood to change synth waveforms, distortion types, and add your own effects to make it your own!
